RET provides private transportation services subject to operational availability, route feasibility, safety conditions, and final commercial confirmation.
Requests and Confirmations
Requests submitted through digital channels are not automatically accepted. A booking is confirmed only after RET provides availability and final terms.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate details for pickup, destination, schedule, passenger count, luggage, and any special condition that may affect service delivery.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations may result in fare adjustments or rescheduling, depending on request timing and current availability.
